PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact forgery discrimination apparatus with high precision which is reduced in the number of components.;SOLUTION: The forgery discrimination apparatus includes: a light source device for emitting one or more monochromatic beams having a peak wavelength in a wavelength range other than 430-470 nm, 510-550 nm and 620-680 nm; a detection device provided with a plurality of detection elements each of which detects absorption of light irradiated from the light source device and transmitted through the target or reflected by the target in each wavelength band; and a determination device for determining authenticity of the target by the absorption of light detected by respective detection elements.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
