PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic paper integrated building material that can keep a comfortable room temperature, a building, a light reflectance control method for the electronic paper integrated building material, and a computer program.;SOLUTION: The electronic paper integrated building material 1 is composed of a base 11; electronic paper 14 disposed on one face side of the base 11 and varying in light reflectance according to the direction of an electric field; a transparent electrode sheet 13 and an electronic sheet 14 disposed on both face sides of the electronic paper 14 to apply the electric field to the electronic paper 14; and a control device 16 acquiring environmental information and controlling the direction of the electric field applied to the electronic paper 14 based on the acquired environmental information. The electronic paper integrated building material 1 is disposed on the building. The light reflectance control method includes procedure for acquiring the environmental information, selecting the direction of the electric field applied to the electronic paper 14 based on the environmental information, and applying the electric field of the selected direction to the electronic paper 14, and the processing procedure of the light reflectance control method is included in a computer program.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
