PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent anchor composed of elements such as a steel bar, a steel wire or a steel strand.;SOLUTION: An anchor tension member is inserted into and securely fixed in a drilled hole 2 while the anchor tension member at the ground-side of the drilled hole 2 is fixed by a predetermined anchor head structural body 7. Therefore, the anchor head structural body 7 is provided with a support element 8 for a direct or indirect support in a foundation 10 and a fixing means 14 for fixing a single element 3. The fixing means, supported by a supporting element, can be frictionally connected to the single element 3. Furthermore, for fixing a cap 17 on other anchor head structural body 7, a connection element 12 is disposed between the supporting element and the fixing means 14. The connection element has a first lock means formed on the circumferential face while the cap 17 has a second lock means formed on the circumferential face, so that the first lock means and the second lock means work together for frictionally connecting the cap 17 and the connection element 13.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
