SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MEASURING DC OFFSET OUTPUTTED FROM SENSOR BY MODULATING OPERATION PARAMETER OF NON-DEPENDENCE ON SIGNAL OF SENSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect and measure a DC offset value arising after a sensor is produced during the use of the sensor.;SOLUTION: A sensor circuit 100 includes the sensor for generating a sensor output signal corresponding to a physical signal connected to an input of the sensor 14 and a modulator which generates a modulating signal and is connected to the sensor so as to modulate a physical parameter of the sensor and separate a DC offset from the sensor output signal. The circuit includes a feedback circuit 108 to generate a feedback signal so that the circuit can measure the DC offset even when the sensor output signal is inversely proportional to an output signal. The feedback signal is connected to the input of the sensor so that the physical parameter of the sensor can be modulated without modulating a part of the sensor output signal caused by the physical signal converted into an electric signal by the sensor.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
