PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external corner member which dispenses with use of a sealing material, makes inconspicuous a gap at a butting connection portion, and is constructed at an external corner of a building with good workability, and to provide an external corner construction structure using the same, and an external corner construction method.;SOLUTION: There is provided an external corner wall material which is obtained by arranging two plate members almost at right angles to each other, forming butting connection portions which each have an inclined end face thereof butted against an external wall board laterally adjoining the same, and forming notches on a rear side of the butting joint portions. There is also provided a base joiner which has an external wall board mounting position guide. There are further provided the external corner construction structure and the external corner construction method using the external corner wall material and the base joiner.
