PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring spectrum characteristics of dichroic mirror reflection transmitted through an excitation filter and of barrier filter transmission light transmitted through a dichroic mirror.;SOLUTION: The measurement device includes a measurement section for setting a fluorescence cube 1 of an object to be measured; at least a white light source 5 is provided for illuminating the fluorescence cube 1 set in the measurement section; an excitation filter 2 and a dichroic mirror filter 3 housed in the fluorescence cube 1 are arranged so that beams emit from the white light source 5 enter them respectively; at least a spectrum measuring spectroscope 6 is provided so that respective beams enter the spectroscope 6 by disposing the spectroscope on an optical path that the beams which emit from the white light source 5 and enter and is transmitted through the excitation filter 2 and reflect in the dichroic mirror 3 and on another optical path that beams which enter and is transmitted through the dichroic mirror 3 and then transmitted through the barrier filter 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
