PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide binder for powder metallurgy excellent in scattering of graphite and powdery characteristic without using a solvent, and mixed powder for powder metallurgy, using the above binder, and its producing method. PSOLUTION: As the binder for powder metallurgy, a moisture-hardening type liquid-state composition at ordinary temperature containing isocyanate group terminal polyurea prepolymer, a moisture-hardening type liquid-state composition at ordinary temperature containing cyanoacrylate or an anaerobic-hardening type liquid-state composition at ordinary temperature containing anaerobic polymerizable monomer, is used.
