PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently acquire environmental data, and effectively utilize the data for maintenance and for regeneration of natural environments.;SOLUTION: A summarizing server 3 is provided with a measurement data receiving means 31 which receives as measurement data, data concerning an environment at an installation spot of each sensor terminal 2 measured by a plurality of sensor terminals 2, along with sensor identification data inherent in each sensor terminal, a creature existence data receiving means which receives from the outside creature the existence data representing existence or nonexistence of a specific creature at the installation spot of each sensor terminal 2, making the data associated with sensor identification data of the sensor terminal 2, a significant difference criterion storing means which stores reference data for deciding whether a significant difference exists in the measurement data, between each existence spot of the specific creature and each of the other spots, and a significant difference deciding means for deciding the existence of the significant difference between the environmental data, with respect to existence or nonexistence of the specific creature, based on the measurement data, the creature existence data, and the reference data for significant difference deciding stored beforehand.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
