PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process of a carbon nanotube-containing structure capable of being formed into a coating film which is excellent in the formability and film-forming property, can be applied onto a base material by a simple method, by spoiling no characteristic of the carbon nanotube, and which can maintain conductivity, transparency, a water resistance, a mechanical strength, thermal conductivity, and an abrasive resistance, together with excellent durability of such properties long run. PSOLUTION: The carbon nanotube-containing structure comprises the carbon nanotube (a), an urethane compound (b), and a granular substance (c). The manufacturing process of the carbon nanotube-containing structure comprises the step of applying, on at least one surface of the base material, the carbon nanotube-containing composition containing the carbon nanotube (a), the urethane compound (b), and the granular substance (c), and a step of irradiating with an active energy beam and/or leaving at an ordinary temperature or heat processing.
