PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical module in which an optical wiring pattern and an electric wiring pattern are easily made, a method of manufacturing the optical module, an optoelectronic composite circuit composed by using the optical module and a method of manufacturing the optoelectronic composite circuit.;SOLUTION: The optoelectronic composite circuit is composed of: a circuit substrate 1 on which an electric wiring pattern 1a is formed; and a plurality of optical modules 2a and 2b which are arranged and mounted in a state that a receiving part 2a1 and a receiving part guide 2b1 are combined on the electric wiring pattern 1a, wherein adjacent two ports formed on the contact faces of the two optical modules 2a and 2b are optically coupled via an optical coupling part 4 formed by applying and hardening an adhesive for optical coupling, an electric wiring is formed by the electric wiring pattern 1a of the circuit substrate 1 and a lower face electrode of the optical modules, and the optical wiring is formed by an optical waveguide of the optical modules.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
