PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for supporting preparation and management of a business process model. PSOLUTION: A business process is formed by receiving selection of a business for a business model to be formed; acquiring, based on the selected business, a business process template and business elements corresponding to the selected operation from a business element list containing each business process template that is a template for business process model, including a basic area having a constant processing content for each business and a fluctuation area having processing content changed on the basis of a business element contained in each business process model; receiving selection from the acquired business elements; retrieving, based on the selected business element, a business process component constituting a part of the business process model; and assigning the retrieved business process component to the fluctuation area contained in the acquired business process template.
