PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deviation generated in order placement prediction or the like based on sales results by totaling sales registration data decided that commodities are purchased in bulk as bulk purchase data.;SOLUTION: This sales registration data totaling device has: a bulk purchase master file defining an upper limit value not regarded as bulk purchase as a prescribed value in each commodity classification; a means (S1) deciding that the commodities are purchased in bulk when a plurality of same commodities or a plurality of commodities of the same classification registered with sales of them at the same time by the same commodity sales data processor are present in the sales registration data transmitted from the commodity sales data processor and when a sales registration number of the commodity exceeds the prescribed value of the classification to which the commodity belongs stored in the bulk purchase master file; and a means (S3) totaling the sales registration data transmitted from the commodity sales data processor, decided that the commodities are purchased in bulk as the bulk purchase data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
