PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise and unnecessary radiation in a switched capacitor circuit, and to suppress the increase of a centering error.;SOLUTION: When each of transistor switches SW1 to SW 4 is turned into a complete ON state, a resistor is inserted into a transistor group for controlling the gate voltage of the transistor switch, and the transitional period of each transistor from an off-state to a complete on-state is prolonged. On the other hand, when each of the transistor switches SW1 to SW4 is turned into an off-state, the resistor is not inserted, and the transitional period of each transistor switch from the complete on-state to the off-state is shortened.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
