PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an addition apparatus for producing a uniform cement composition without the occurrence of balls when a water-soluble cellulosic polymer is added into the cement composition of an agitator vehicle and its addition method.;SOLUTION: The addition apparatus has a nozzle for adding the water soluble cellulosic polymer into the cement composition in the agitator drum of the agitator vehicle, a pipe and/or a hose to which the nozzle is bonded.
