PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the buying/selling price prediction device of medical fee claim for more early predicting or deciding the buying/selling price of medical fee claim between a medical institute and an assignee than before. PSOLUTION: This buying/selling price prediction device is provided with: a credit file management processing part 1 having a means 11 for registering a credit file A, a means 12 for inquiring the credit file A, and a means 13 for correcting the credit file A; an assessment coefficient file management processing part 2 having a processing means 21 for registering an assessment coefficient file B in which settled assessment coefficients are recorded, a means 22 for inquiring the assessment coefficient file B, and a means 23 for correcting the assessment coefficient file B; an assessment file management processing part 3 having a means 31 for registering an assessment file C, a means 32 for inquiring the assessment file C, and a means 33 for correcting the assessment file C; a print processing part 4 having a means 41 for printing a claim list and a means 42 for printing an assessment increase/decrease list; a storage storing means 5; an input means 6; a display means 7; and a printing means 8.
