PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire flattening member capable of facilitating press-contact and bending of a plurality of electric wires by making the plurality of electric wires arranged in a flat state, a flat cable using the electric wire flattening member, a partial flattening structure of a wire harness, and an electric wire high-density arranging structure.;SOLUTION: The electric wire flattening member 1 comprises a plate-shaped flexible baseboard section 6, a plurality of electric wire storage grooves 8 formed on an upper surface 12 of the base board section 6 at a desired pitch and extending in a wire-arrangement direction P, a plurality of groove formation sections 7 vertically arranged on the upper surface 12 of the base board section 6 and forming the respective electric wire storage grooves 8, and a wire pulling-off regulation section 9 formed on the respective groove formation sections 7 so as to project at an electric wire storage groove 8 side.
