PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detecting part and the like which can freely conduct high order structure adjustment, movement and immobilization of substances, removal of unnecessary substances and the like.;SOLUTION: There is provided a detecting part of a mutual action between substances, having a reaction region 2 provided as a place for mutual actions, such as hybridization, between substances, and opposite electrodes E1, E2 oppositely arranged to enable electric field application to a medium such as an aqueous solution or gel accommodated in the reaction region 2, wherein each electrode constituting the opposite electrodes E1, E2 has protruding electrode sites e1, e2 which protrude toward the reaction region 2; a substrate for use in bioassay, provided with the detecting part; and a suitable process for manufacturing the detecting part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
