PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to the smooth use of required washroom facility when a user desires by eliminating a washroom queue.;SOLUTION: A user detecting means detects the user who uses the washroom facility. An information processor generates utilization situation information of the washroom facility based on information detected by the user detecting means, and supplies the information to a mobile terminal which the user carries.
