PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and reliably find a service providing node in a network which is temporarily formed among a plurality of nodes.;SOLUTION: An inquiry receiving means 111 receives a telegraphic inquiry message about the location of a service providing node from the other node. A communicable node retrieving means 112 retrieves a communicable node from its own node when receiving a telegraphic inquiry message. An information exchange relation registering means 119 registers an information exchange relation value for designating an inquiry sequence of nodes other than its own node in a list. An information exchange relation retrieving means 113 retrieves the information exchange relation value from the list. An inquiry sequence determining means 114 determines an inquiry sequence for communicable nodes on the basis of the information exchange relation value.
