PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quasi-decision technique to reduce the number of transitions to any input symbol and the number of transition destination states with respect to a WFST (Weighted Finite-State Transducer) capable of executing no decision operation. PSOLUTION: A transducer processor 11 is configured by including: a transducer input section 10 receiving the input of the WFST being a quasi-decision of interest: a symbol string conversion section 31 obtaining an output symbol string having a predetermined accumulation weight depending on the predetermined WFST with respect to an input symbol string; and a state combination section 32 preparing the quasi-decision-applied WFST by combining the state of the WFST being the quasi-decision of interest under a predetermined condition. The specified condition subjects to a condition exceeding a statistical amount calculated from the frequency of a state allowed to co-occur in a candidate management set over a predetermined threshold in converting the input symbol string by the specified WFST converted based on a correct answer symbol string.
