PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make effectively browse the contents of a truly high information value in an electronic bulletin site system for providing an information browsing person through the contents supplied by an information supplier.;SOLUTION: In the Internet N, an electronic bulletin site S having a plurality of information sites which can be browsed respectively by the operators of unspecified information communication terminals 2 and 3 is opened. An electronic bulletin field system 1 receives the contents to be put up on the information site from the information communication terminal 2 operated by the information supplier and registers them. At the time of registration, the information value to be lowered as the number of the information sites to put them up increases is set for the respective contents.
