PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch which can adjust voice over internet protocol (VoIP) traffic between communication installations.;SOLUTION: In the switch, a second speech process server application similar to a first speech process server application forms a first load assignment group server application, and a speech application node for executing speech process server application and a network address conversion node for executing speech process server application are included.
