PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plane-fit ostomy coupling. SOLUTION: A plane-fit ostomy coupling 110 includes a bag side coupling member 114 provided with a forward flange 116 whose outer wall is suspended backward. A recessed groove is formed between the outer wall and an inner wall 124 supported by the outer wall. A body side coupling member 112 carries a seal means in the shape of first and second seal fins projecting substantially in the radial direction. The seal fins can be warped in one direction so as to form a cylindrical band seal with respect to an outer wall 122 of the recessed groove. A wall 124 on the opposite side of the recessed groove and the body side coupling member are connected to each other. The fin in the radial direction may be used together with an ostomy coupling of another type. The plane- fit design can be adopted to the seal of another type.
