PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonoriented silicon steel sheet of which the oxidation on stress relieving annealing in users can be suppressed, and which has both excellent magnetic properties and corrosion resistance after the stress relieving annealing.;SOLUTION: The nonoriented silicon steel sheet contains, by mass, ≤0.005% C, 1.0 to 3.5% Si, 0.1 to 1.5% Mn, 0.2 to 3.0% Al, ≤0.1% P and ≤0.0030% S, and further contains one or two kinds of metals selected from 0.005 to 0.1% Sb and 0.005 to 0.15% Sn. The surface layer of ferrite is provided with an optimized concentrated layer of Al, and the contents of Sb and Sn in the outermost surface layer of the ferrite satisfy a specified relation with the content of Sn in the ferrite.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
