PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semirigid coaxial cable assembly whereby automatic mounting and reflow soldering can be carried out.;SOLUTION: In this semirigid coaxial cable assembly, a center conductor 3 is disposed in the center part of a cable body 2 having a circular cross section, and both end parts of the center conductor 3 are exposed. The both end parts of the cable body 2 are each crushed to non-circular shapes to form a non-circular shape part 6. At this time, the non-circular part 6 is preferably oval or flat.
