PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a tunnel panel enabling the easy construction of the tunnel panel in a short period and a construction method of the tunnel floor panel. PSOLUTION: In this construction method of the tunnel floor panel for constructing the floor panel in a tunnel 1, a beam member 10 forming an end face 10e according to the shape of an opposed segment 13 is installed across wall surfaces in the tunnel 1 in a chord shape, positioned, and fixed to the segment 13 by a fixing means. Also, a floor panel member 11 is installed across the beam member 10 and the beam member 10 installed in the same manner at an interval in the axial direction of the tunnel, and fixed to the beam member 10. Holes 13a, 10c, 10d, and 11a for inserting bolts 14, 15, and 16 therein are formed in the segment 13, the beam member 10, and the floor panel member 11 at prescribed positions beforehand.
