It incorporates salient features that helps a user to access information/data/library/documents thru a menu driven GUI, and initiate a search on the touch screen or by voice activated search and the device is capable displaying search results in text form or of reading out in different voices the search results. It also has built in Audio/VIdeo conferencing facilities a Camera, it is Blue tooth enabled with a printer ports in USB and Mini USB, It has a Cache and Buffer Memory for storage having, built in forms/templates for every kind of application in the domain that the Device is Programmed for and dedicated to, and also has expansion ports for external memory. This device works on the Basis of a cell phone connectivity and has an option of either connecting to the dedicated digital libraries (Servers) thru any services provider by using their SIM, with 3G, 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi Max or LT Connect or thru the Dedicated Bandwidth.
