The invention relates to a controllable air transport assembly with a wing-type parachute, meant to be used in particular for the quick supply of troops with packaged military equipment or of zones difficlt to access in case of calamities, by parachuting from a transporting aircraft. According to the invention, the system comprises some wing-type parachutes (1 and 2), a stablilizing parachute and a main parachute, respectively, the control of the main parachute (2) being ensured by a control and guiding system (3), enabling the main parachute (2) to be hand controlled from the ground, by means of a transmitter (12) or automatically controlled, by using the data transmitted by a GPS receiver (5) which receives the data from the positioning satellites and transmits them serially to a microcontroller (7) which also receives radio signals transmitted after the reception thereof by a radio receiver (6), from a remote guiding transmitter (12), all data being processed by a computer program, loaded on the computer and converted into commands transmitted to an actuation unit (8) which transmits signals for the actuation of some servomechanisms (10 and 11) driving some chords. The claimed platform comprises two plates connected to each other, between which there is mounted a shock absorber with bellows provided with some calibrated air-discharge orifices, the platform of the shock absorber with container (4) being attached to the casing of the control and guiding system (3) by means of some launching devices.
