Method for evaluation of local immunity of prostate in patients with chronic recurring prostatitis includes implementation of immuno-biochemical investigation of prostate and determination of level of lgA. At the end of course of treatment one determines slgA of person and by its level one states presence of substantial decrease of local immunity and functional condition of prostate, and high level of risk of recurrence of chronic prostatitis.
