Method for loss-less coding and decoding of images on basis of artifact-less model. For image stored to file of raster format one sets size of sub-set of randomly chosen sub-pixels; one performs generation of massif of randomly chosen coordinates of pixels; forms sub-set of randomly chosen pixels on basis of generated massif of coordinates; forms main model of image through interpolation of amplitudes of color on sub-set of randomly chosen pixels; one forms massif of data of error through calculation of difference of amplitudes of color of pixels of physical image and pixels of main model; performs archiving of massif of error data; one writes into file massif of error data, sub-set of randomly chosen pixels, coordinates of randomly chosen pixels or parameters of generation of massif of randomly chosen coordinates of pixels.
