Method for passive measurement of distance to remote targets with use of receivers of radiation is I fact that one performs simultaneous photographing of target at outputs of two receivers with following multiple magnification of images brought into coincidence one with another, with determination of value of shift between those, and by that value mathematical calculation of distance to target. The method makes it possible to measure operatively distance to targets without use of active methods of measurement.
