A composition useful as an asphalt modifier comprising an elastomer and plastomer low molecular weight having an average molecular weight of less than 7000, wherein the elastomer is a mixture comprising (i) a first elastomer selected from the group is ethylene / acrylate, n-butyl acrylate / glycidyl methacrylate copolymers, ethylene / alkyl acrylate obtained by a tubular reactor process, and mixtures thereof, and (ii) a second elastomer selected from the group consisting block copolymers, styrene-butadiene-styrene, random copolymers of styrene-butadiene and mixtures thereof.
