The invention relates to compounds of the formula (I) or the formula (II) in which : X is an anion ; n1 = 0, 1, 2; n2 = 1 to 4; R1 is C1-C6 alkyl or an optionally substituted C5 or C6 cycloalkyl or a C1-C6 perhalogenoalkyl; R2 is C1-C8 alkyl or an optionally substituted C5 or C6 cycloalkyl or an optionally substituted aryl or an optionally substituted naphthyl or a -CH3- n(Aryl)n radical with n=1 to 3 or a -CH(R)Z radical where R is hydrogen or a C1-C6 alkyl or an optionally substituted C5 or C6 cycloalkyl or a C1-C6 perhalogenoalkyl; Z is C1-C8 alkyl or a C5 or C6 cycloalkyl or a radical of the formula (A); Y is hydrogen or OR9, or SR10, or P(R11)2, or halogen or OSO2R12; ; n3 = 1 to 4; R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, R10, R11, R12 are independently H or C1-C6 alkyl or a C1-C6 perhalogenoalkyl or an optionally substituted C5 or C6 cycloalkyl or aryl; R3 and R4 on the one hand and R6 and R7 on the other hand can form a cycle with 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 links; R5 and R8 can independently form an aromatic cycle with 6 links.
