A time division duplexing wireless communication system based on Code Spreading-Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access CS - OFDMA and intelligent antenna includes: an antenna array, a multi-channel transceiver, a space processor, a demodulator, a L2 processor and a modulator. The present system can eliminate inter-symbol interference caused by spread spectrum in wideband data transmission in CDMA system, resist frequency selective fading and adjacent cell interference, and be propitious to the reliable transmission of narrowband voice and wideband data and co-frequency networking
