A Method, device and system for implementing alarm remote notification and alarm remote inquiry are disclosed. Call center and network management system are connected by CTI technique, and the call center can communicate with user phone by prior common communication network. Thus, the network management system can call the user and notify the user of the alarm remote notification when it needs to send the alarm remote notification, and the user can also call the call center and the call center will inquiry the network management system and play the inquiry result to the user, so that the user can instantly and accurately gain state of a network, thus guaranteeing timeliness of alarm treatment in a better manner.
