The invention relates to a device for anchoring to slabs, walls, partitions or columns, of the type used to carry out work on vertical structures. The device is formed by a preferably T-shaped central section (1) flanked by two side arms, namely a front arm (2) and a rear arm (3), positioned perpendicularly to the T-section (1), provided with securing bars (4) and mounted to supporting elements (5 and 6) in turn provided with two anchoring lugs, namely a front lug (7) and a rear lug (8), intended for the vertical rope (9) and the safety rope (10) respectively. The invention is essentially characterised in that both arms (2 and 3) can be folded onto the central part of the T-section (1) and at least one of said arms can be moved and secured at different positions along the T-section (1) with the aid of a clamping control element (21).
