Provided is a blinking signal detection circuit which can accurately detect a blinking signal even if the blinking object to be measured is moving. The blinking signal detection circuit includes: a plurality of storage media which record image information indicating a bright/dark change of the luminance of the blinking object to be measured for each time; an image information enlargement unit (pixel information enlargement circuit) which enlarges a plurality of image information items of different times using a spatial axis as a reference and generates a plurality of enlarged image information items; and a correlation detection unit (correlation integration circuit) which performs correlation detection of the enlarged image information items of different times. The blinking signal of the object to be measured is detected by the correlation detection result obtained by the correlation detection unit.
