For real-time three-dimensional scan laser microphotograph art, in single-photon fluorescence, multiphoton fluorescence, and the detection of higher hamonic wave is generated in the sample. Exciting light focuses on focus of the sample in three-dimensional matrice. The quick scanned picture of Real-time 3 D is obtained by a part in X/Y plane.
