A freezing and thawing device, and a method for thawing the frozen product to be thawed are provided to allow the frozen product to be thawed within a short time and to prevent the damage of the product by maintaining the freshness. A freezing and thawing device comprises a freezing and thawing tub(1) which charges the freezing and thawing water(2); a plurality of ultrasonic oscillators(6) which oscillates the ultrasonic wave of different frequence in the freezing and thawing tub; a treating water cooling unit(3) which cools the freezing and thawing water; and an ultrasonic oscillator control unit which controls the ultrasonic oscillators.
