NEUTRALIZATION SYSTEM OF ACID MIND DRAINAGE BY POROUS CONCRETE BLOCKS WITH REFILLING OF ALKALI MATERIAL

A method of neutralization-treating acid mine drainage is provided to preserve continuously an acid neutralization capacity by recharging the alkali material of a predetermined amount at an upper end and a side of concrete block in case the alkali material contained in the concrete block burns down. A method of neutralization-treating acid mine drainage comprises steps of: setting up water-permeable concrete blocks(10, 20, 30) made by using the refuse or the recycled aggregate using construction waste of the low grade generated at a process lighting the limestone or the dolomite as the thick aggregate into a water passage in which the acid mine drainage is flown out; being neutralization processed by reacting the acid mine drainage passing through the permeability wall with an alkali material contained in the concrete block; and preserving continuously an acid neutralization capacity by recharging the alkali material of a predetermined amount at an upper end and a side of concrete block in case the alkali material contained in the concrete block burns down.
