[PROBLEMS] To provide a battery charging chair heating method by which the individual using a chair or a wheelchair in school, concert meeting place, sports stadium, camp or the like, can heat the chair or the wheelchair by attaching a charging battery. A battery charging chair heating device and a charging battery type heating chair are also provided. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A heat generating portion is provided in the seat and/or the back of a chair and the individual using the chair can heat the heat generating portion by attaching a charging battery to a power supply section and supplying power from the charging battery. The heat generating portion has such a structure that a heating element is coated with a heat conduction member, and it is post-attached to an existing chair or incorporated originally in the seat or the back.
