A POLLUTIONAL MATERIAL ELIMINATING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR A CARBIDE PRODUCING PROGRESS WITH AN ORGANIC WASTE

A method and an apparatus for removing pollutants generated according to the production of carbide using organic waste are provided to minimize air pollution and minimize clogging of the pre-filter due to oil when removing fine dust by a pre-filter by maximally purifying pollutant-contained exhaust gas generated according to drying of the organic waste by simply structured facilities, thereby exhausting purified air into the air. A method for removing pollutants generated according to the production of carbide using organic waste comprises: a dust collecting step(S1) of removing particulate matters of exhaust gas containing pollutants generated in a process of drying crushed material of the organic waste by a hot air dryer when producing carbide from organic waste; a filtering step(S2) of removing fine particulate matters that could not be removed in the dust collecting step by a plurality of filters; a combustion step(S3) of removing the volatile organic compounds by completely burning volatile organic compounds contained in the filtered exhaust gas at a high temperature; a fine dust removing step(S4) of removing fine dust or high concentration dust contained in the exhaust gas passing through the combustion step by multiple layers of a filter fabric; and an exhaust step(S5) of exhausting fine dust-removed air through a flue.
