A microfluidic channel system, a method for capturing a target by using the system, and a method for analyzing a target are provided to improve the reusability of the microfluidic channel system by removing the captured beads by the pressure control of the microfluidic channel. A microfluidic channel system comprises a base(10) where at least one microfluidic channel is formed for the capture of a target; a first microfluidic channel(20) which is formed on the base and where the target to be separated and the sensing material capable of bonding or reacting with the target are inputted; and a compression part(30) which is formed on the base and applies the pressure to at least some part of the first microfluidic channel to compress it.
