A winding device is provided that the risk of wounds of operator can be reduced. A winding device comprises a creel unit(100) supplying yarn strands in which a plurality of thread bobbins is set and which are wound in thread bobbins, a guide unit(200) which organizes yarn strands as the regular interval and guided, a beam portion winding yarn strands guided by the guide unit with the fixed tension. The beam portion includes a beam(310) in which yarn strands are wound, a compression roller(320) in which yarn strands are wound in above beam, a beam holder(330) contacting above beam in the compression roller, or makes separated, an actuator(340) moving above beam holder to top and bottom.
