IC CARDS WITH TOKEN KEY FOR USER IDENTITY, IC CARD PAYMENT SYSTEMS AND THE PAYMENT METHOD FOR USING IT

Using a smart card of system, a smart card payment system and a payment method are arranged to one user of enabling and directly confirm that user's evaluator is replaced with the portable terminal of user oneself by other mechanisms, to prevent the illegal use of a piece of card. One portable terminal (10) includes a reading plotter of a smart card, is identified by the user that reading plotter executes smart card. One smart card (20) executes the contact with reading plotter or non-contact communication, is identified by user and implements card activation. One payment terminal (30) is the smart card payment of activation. Reading plotter is embedded in portable terminal, or is detachably connectable to portable terminal. Reading plotter stores the token key for activating smart card.
