A polarization sensitive-optical coherence imaging system for diagnosis of cervix uteri is provided to detect a change of a polarizing component according to biological tissue property by using a PS-OCT(Polarization Sensitive-Optical Coherence Tomography). A probe(90) obtains an image signal of a cervix uteri. A main body(10) analyzes an image signal received from the probe, and comprises a light source part(30), a detection part(50), and a computer system(70). The light source part delivers a light source to the probe. The detection part includes optical detectors, and receives an image signal from the probe. The computer system converts an output signal of the detection part into a digital signal, and measures a scattering and a birefringence of a light due to a cervical tissue. The probe is composed of an optical system of a PS-OCT, performs a horizontal scanning and a vertical scanning of the cervical tissue, and detects the scattering and the birefringence of the light due to the cervical tissue.
