A MANUFACTURING PROCESS FOR WIRE SAW COATED WITH DIAMOND

摘要

A manufacturing method of diamond electroplated wire saw is provided to improve the coherence of the nickel particle and diamond particle by performing repeatedly a coating process of nickel particle. A manufacturing method of diamond electroplated wire saw comprises: a step of washing the wire(110) in order to remove all kinds of the contaminants burying in the surface of the wire; a step of forming a strike plating layer and activating the surface of the wire in order to enhance the adhesion of the plating layer; a step of forming a diamond-nickel plating layer by dipping the wire in which the strike plating is attached in the diamond-nickel plating solution; a step of forming a nickel plating layer by dipping the wire in which the strike plating is attached in the diamond-nickel plating solution; and a step of forming a cobalt coating layer by dipping the wire in which the nickel plating layer in the cobalt plating solution.
