A multi-purpose electric fan manufacturing method is provided to use an electric fan as a daily supply on the season in which the electric fan is not used by rotating a mop adhered to a fan vane. A multi-purpose electric fan manufacturing method comprises: a step of binding a mop in the vane of an electric fan; a step of moving a rod(4) installed at an electric fan body(10) with the body from side to side; a step of setting up a dustpan(7,8) in both sides under the electric fan; a step of rotating electric fan body from side to side; a step of sweeping out the dust by pushing a post(13) sticking under a broomstick(9); a step of moving broomstick from side to side by connecting the rod with the post; a step of setting up a connector(2) connected to a rotary axis of a motor in the electric fan; and a step of setting up a rotating rod(3) which delivers the power in the connector of the electric fan.
