A virtual studio teaching and meeting apparatus is provided to perform the 3D lecture by synthesizing a speaker and a plurality of background pictures in a 3D device. Cameras(240-24N) photographs a subject. A chroma-key device systematically removes specific components of an image outputted from the cameras to output a real image of the subject. A 3D acceleration graphic device(200) is comprised of a 3D image generator(210) and a render(220). The 3D image generator receives a 3D DB(214) or an external file(216) through an editing program such as 3D Studio Max and MAYA for designing a 3D object, and then outputs 3D data which is generated by a 3D data processing unit(212) in real time. The render performs the video texturing for image signals outputted from the 3D image generator, and then the performed result.
