A device for measuring radioactive contamination is provided to prevent contamination of a contamination detector previously by closing or opening the contamination detector at need. A device for measuring radioactive contamination includes a pair of rails, a blocking plate(40), and a pair of disposable covers(50). A rail groove is formed in an inner side of each rail in a longitudinal direction. A contamination detector is positioned between the pair of rails. A handle(41) is formed in one end of a lower part of a blocking plate. Both ends of the blocking plate are slidably assembled in the rail groove of the pair of rails. The blocking plate is made of aluminum. The disposable cover has an assembly groove. The assembly groove is assembled in the lower end of the rail. The disposable cover prevents the contamination of the rail.
